SAT Requirement: In general, SAT is not required to apply to Universities in Singapore. NUS however will need SAT and SAT II Subject Test (with Math Level 2 being compulsory) for students who have not studied their IBDP.
English Language Requirement:If you have studied your degree in India in English medium and can get a documented proof of the same from your Institution. Many Institutions DO NOT even need you to give any English language tests like IELTS / TOEFL and such others for admissions. IELTS or TOEFL is compulsory if you wish to study at National Universities (NUS, NTU, SMU)
Work in Singapore during studies: International Students enrolled in Private Education Organisations are not permitted to work during the course of their study.
